The Customer can return the product within 14 days from the purchase date.

The delivery costs of the return are paid by the buyer.

 

THE PRODUCTS HAVE TO BE CAREFULLY PACKED TO PROTECT THEM FROM TRANSPORT DAMAGE. THE COSTS OF PACKAGING AND RETURN ARE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. IN CASE OF TE RETURN OF ACCESSORIES WE ALSO ASK FOR THE RETURN OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

 

Important! For using one of the mentioned return options a fee of 15 PLN will be charged (delivery costs + fixed handling fee). This amount will be subtracted from the amount we will transfer to you for the returned products. In case of complaint, this amount will not be subtracted.
