- This Privacy Policy applies to a web service functioning at the URL green-hood.eu.

- The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data you voluntarily entered in the Service.
- The Service uses personal data for following purposes:
- Distribution of the newsletter
- Support for the inquires via contact form
- Presentation of quotations or information
- The Service realises functions of obtaining information about the users and their behaviour in the following way:
- By means of data voluntarily entered into the forms and then to the operator’s systems.
- By means of saving the “cookies” files in the terminal device.
- Selected data protection methods applied by the Operator
- The places for login and personal data entry are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, the personal and login data entered on the website is encrypted at the user’s computer and can be read only on the target server.
- The personal data stored in the database is encrypted, so that they can be read only by the Operator who has the key. Thanks to this, the data is protected in case the database is stolen from the server.
- An essential element of the data protection is the regular update of all software used by the Operator for the personal data processing, which especially means regular update of the programming components.
- Your rights and additional information about the data usage methods
- In some cases, the Administrator is entitled to pass your personal data to other receivers if ot will be necessary to fulfil the contract made with you or to fulfil the Administrator’s duties. This applies to following receiver groups:
- payment operators
- authorised workers and co-workers who use the data in order to fulfil the purpose of the website’s function
- companies performing services for the Administrator
- Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator not longer than necessary to perform related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g. about the bookkeeping). Regarding the marketing data, the data will not be processed longer than 3 years.
- You are entitled to demand from the Administrator:
- access to personal data that refer to you,
- correction of this dada,
- its deletion,
- the restriction of its processing
- and its transmission.
- You are entitled to raise an objection regarding the processing indicated in the point 3.3 c) against the processing of the personal data in order to perform legally justified activities realised by the Administrator, including profiling. The objection right cannot be executed in case of the existence of important, legally justified reasons for processing, interests, rights and freedoms superior to you, especially the deciding, demanding and protecting the claims.
- Regarding the Administrator’s activities, a complaint can be made to the Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
- Entering the personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Service. There may be made some actions towards you that are based on the automated decision making, including profiling, in order to perform services within the framework of the concluded contract and for direct marketing activities made by the Administrator.
- The personal data is not passed to the third states within the meaning of the regulations on the personal data protection. This means that we do not send it outside the European Union.
- In some cases, the Administrator is entitled to pass your personal data to other receivers if ot will be necessary to fulfil the contract made with you or to fulfil the Administrator’s duties. This applies to following receiver groups:
- Information in the forms
- The Service gathers information voluntarily given by the user, including personal data, if it has been entered.
- The Service can save the information about the connection parameters (time designation, IP address).
- In some cases, the Service can save the information to enable to join the information in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling in the form. In this case, the user’s e-mail address appears in the URL of the website that contains the form.
- The data entered into the form is processed with the purpose that implies from the function of the specific form, e.g. in order to perform the process of the operation of the service application or trade contact, registering the services and so on. Every time, the context and the description of the form inform legibly what its purpose is.
- Administrator’s logs
- The information about the users’ behaviour in the Service can be logged. This data is used for service administration purposes.
- Essential marketing techniques
- The Operator applies statistic traffic analysis on the website by means of Google Analytics (Google Inc. with headquarters in the USA). The Operator does not pass the personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymised information. This service is based on the application of cookies in the user’s terminal device. Within the scope of the user’s preferences gathered by the Google advertising network, the user can browse and edit the information resulting from cookies by means of the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
- The Operator applies remarketing techniques that allow the adjustment of the advertising contents to the user’s behaviour on the website, so that it can be suspected that the user’s personal data is used for spying, but practically there is no transmission of any personal data from the Operator to the operator of the ads.
- The technological requisite for such activities is allowing the operation of the cookie files.
- The Operator applies a solution than automates the function of the Service towards the users, e.g. able to send an e-mail to the user after visiting a specific subpage, if the user accepted the receipt of marketing correspondence from the Operator.
- Information about cookies
- The service uses the cookie files.
- Cookies are IT data, especially text files that are stored on the Service User’s terminal device and are intended to use the websites of the Service. Normally, cookies contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the terminal device and the unique number.
- The subject that places the cookie files on the Service User’s terminal device and gets access to them is the operator of the Service.
- The cookie files are used for following purposes:
- maintaining the Service user’s session (after logging in), so that the user does not have to enter the login and the password on every subpage of the Service;
- fulfilling of purposes mentioned above in the part “Essential marketing techniques”;
- Within the Service two essential types of cookie files are used: the “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. The “session cookies” are temporary files that are stored in the User’s terminal device until logging out, leaving the website or closing the software (the web browser). The “persistent” files are stored in the User’s terminal device for a time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are removed by the User.

The Users of the Service can change the settings within this scope. The web browser allows removing the cookie files. It is also possible to automatically block the cookie files. - The restrictions in the application of cookie files can affect some of the functionalities available on the websites of the Service.
- The cookie files placed in the Service User’s terminal device can be also used by the subjects cooperating with the operator of the Service. This concerns especially Google (Google Inc. headquartered in the USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc. headquartered in the USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc. headquartered in the USA).
- Cookie file management – how to give and withdraw the consent
- If the user does not want to receive the cookie files, it is possible to change the browser settings. We would like to inform, that disabling the operation of the cookie files necessary for the authentication processes and maintaining the user preferences can impede or in extreme cases make it impossible to use the website.
